TOGETHER WE CAN.

Born and raised in Manchester, Connecticut, Andra Mazur has built her life and career on resilience, discipline, and an unwavering belief in personal responsibility. Throughout her professional journey, she has embraced a strong internal locus of control — the belief that success is built through perseverance, hard work, and the choices we make every day.

As a nationally recognized business attorney, Andra has established herself as a leading General Counsel for high-growth Internet, B2B, and B2C SaaS organizations. At just 30 years old, she was recognized as one of the Hartford Business Journal's 40 Under Forty, and has since led legal and business initiatives across the technology, entertainment, travel, leisure, and education industries.

While her professional accomplishments are significant, Andra believes her greatest impact comes from creating opportunities for others. Through pro bono charitable work, conservation efforts, and the Runaway Grrrl Foundation, she is committed to helping women achieve self-sufficiency and financial independence through education. At the heart of the foundation is one simple but powerful idea: representation matters.

Andra believes that when young women can see someone who looks like them leading legal departments, influencing business strategy, and building successful organizations, they begin to see those possibilities for themselves. She hopes to inspire the next generation of women to pursue leadership with confidence — whether in business, law, skilled trades, science, entrepreneurship, or any path they choose.

Through the Runaway Grrrl Foundation, Andra is investing in future leaders — women with the determination to build meaningful careers, achieve financial independence, and inspire those who follow.

If, by the end of her career, more women are leading companies, shaping industries, and creating opportunities for others, she will consider that her greatest professional achievement.
